Registration and payment must be made by October 10th.

August 31st $10 discount for early registration ends.
September 14th Last day to make hotel reservations at the special rate. (Can cancel reservations without penalty until 1 day before scheduled arrival.)
October 1st Last day to register for the Golf Tournament.
October 10th Last day to register for the reunion or to cancel.
October 13th Golf Tournament.
October 14th SRVHS Homecoming events.
October 15th Class Reunion Picnic.
October 16th Farewell Luncheon.

For classmates who need a place to stay, we have made arrangements with the San Ramon Hyatt House, the #1 of all local hotels in terms of customer ratings shown on various travel websites. It includes all of the main features for free (parking, internet, and hot breakfast). Our special class reunion rate is $109 per night (excluding taxes) (or $139 for a suite with a separate bedroom) and it is available for any night between Thursday 10/13 and Sunday 10/16. Reservations must be made by 9/14 in order to take advantage of the special rate, but don’t wait as the supply is limited. There is no penalty for cancelling or changing reservations if your plans change as long as it’s done at least 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Let us know if you encounter any problems.
